Medications can be administered during the school day when a form is submitted to the main office. There needs to be a new form on file annually. The physician will fill out the order and then medications can be brought to the office in the original packaging with a prescription dosing label. All medications have to be stored in the main office; students may not carry them in their backpacks. The form is HERE for your convenience.
